JKB was founded in 2005 by partners Dave Marceau and Phil McLaughlin who have 50 years combined construction experience. We build strong and lasting relationships by committing ourselves to delivering the best possible product every time we take on a job. We work closely with design professionals, clients, end-users, and subcontractors to ensure that everyone’s needs are understood and translated to bricks and mortar.
JKB employs laser beam focus to ensure that the job gets done. When issues are discovered, we immediately address them. Both owners Dave and Phil spend time on every job each week, providing objective feedback and ensuring that the decision making both in the field and in the office are sound and in line with the overall objective.
